This is the latest part in the “Extintion” series. It won’t be the last AND they’re up for something exciting! Stay tuned! In the meantime, it’s available on Society6.

In my free time I sometimes tinker with vectors. They’re cool because combined with a grid they enable me to create artwork just by clicking with the mouse. That’s good when I can’t hold a pen in my hand. Last week, I made a series of prints using the Australian States as a theme. Yesterday I wrapped up the series with the Australian Capital Territory, using the wombat as a mascot. On Society6, I gave my vector work its own studio: Zeitverflug.

Just a quick update: I put my old Threadless fave “The Icecreamator” in my shop at Society6, where you can get it as a print, ipod/iphone case or skin or stretched canvas. Enjoy!

It’s been a slow week so far – Lil and I have had a bad flu which confined us to bed for the whole weekend and left us sick after that. I didn’t get much done apart from urgent commissions and a few small animations on Cinema Monumental.
However, it’s been a very sweet month so far (the busiest since I’ve had it!) on my Society6 store. They’ve introduced a new mini print size now, which is sized 6″ x 10″ at around $16 apiece. Cool stuff! Did any of you get prints there? Haven’t had the chance to get one myself yet, though I hear that the shirts are great.
I don’t remember when my childhood dinosaur obsession began and when it ended, but it was there, as it is in many kids’ lives even now. What’s not to love about giant reptiles roaming the earth?
“Extinction” on Society6
Society6 have picked my print “Heidelberg” to be featured in their “Locals Only” collection. As always on Society6, this means that there’s art prints, stretched canvases, iPhone skins and t-shirts, too, plus plenty of other great designs inspired by the artists’ locales. Check out Society6
