A Little Help needed to win the A Little Help Project
By heiko in announcements
Great stuff: Before I even started working on the Hypnowl Empire (my upcoming t-shirt label – haven’t I told you about it?), I applied for AS Colour’s A Little Help Project. The Kiwi T-shirt makers are giving away a start up package worth $10,000 to the most popular t-shirt design as determined by Facebook-likes and sales in their retail shops in Auckland, Wellington and Sydney.
A jury of jet set t-shirt people picked the top 10 entries out of a whole heap of submissions, now it’s up to the people to vote the best. If you want to help me win the thing, there’s a lot you can do with ridiculously little effort:
- Like the design on the Little Help Project’s home page
- Like the design on AS Colour’s Facebook page
- Buy the shirt in AS Colour’s retail stores in Auckland, Wellington or Sydney or online (soon). Preorders can be placed here: dan@ascolour.co.nz
I’ll keep you posted!

Weekend Project: The Quest
By heiko in artworkAfter several months I again had the time to make a little weekend project. No plan, no concept, just experimenting. Now that I think about it I might make a book out of it. What do you think?
Oh, and it’s also available as a print and more on Society6

Hello Hallo Guten Tag
By heiko in miscOnce in a while I send out promo postcards to potential clients. Most of the writing on them is printed, but I illustrate the greeting and the address by hand, which is also a sort of creative exercise. I actually like the address illustrations a tad better, but it would be awkward to publish my mailing list, so I hope I get hired by loads of them, so I can publish their designs. HELLO!
P.S. If you’re an agency, magazine, company or other that would like to receive my promo mailers in the future, just leave a comment or contact me at heiko at heikowindisch.com!
